FREEBLOCK / SMART CONTRACTS
Solana smart contract
development
We build Rust and Anchor programs for tokens, transactions and Web3 products. We design contract logic, connect wallets and carry the user journey through to a working application.
A new program, an integration or improvements to existing code.
01 / PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
What should your application do?
We start with a specific user action. We use established ecosystem tools where they fit and develop custom programs for rules unique to your product.
Transaction logic
Escrow, fund distribution, roles and limits. Define who can execute each operation and under which conditions.
Token issuance
Configure issuance, authorities and SPL-token operations. Check that selected features work with the wallets you need.
Testable behaviour
Test instructions, accounts and boundary conditions before connecting real user funds.
02 / DELIVERY SCOPE
A contract is part of a product
Commission a program on its own or the complete journey: contract, backend and interface. We agree on the scope before development.
-
Specification
Define operations, the account model, signing authorities and state transitions.
-
Program development
Implement instructions, account checks and calls to other programs. Prepare the client integration interface.
-
Application integration
Connect wallets, transaction creation and clear status updates. Handle rejected signatures and repeated requests.
-
Handover and launch
Deliver source code, tests and deployment instructions. Agree on upgrade authority, monitoring and support.
03 / ARCHITECTURE
Decisions that shape the architecture
- Existing or custom program
- An existing Token Program may be sufficient for a standard token. Custom logic is useful when your product has its own transaction rules.
- Accounts and authorities
- Define account owners, signers and upgrade rules early. Plan key management and the transfer of control to your team.
- Program and interface
- A transaction may be rejected or fail to confirm. The application must reflect the network result and offer a safe retry path.

04 / FREEBLOCK EXPERIENCE
Real projects behind the work
NFT Power demonstrates our work with smart contracts, auctions and Web3 interfaces. It was built on Ethereum; a Solana implementation requires its own architecture.

NFT Power
NFT marketplace
ChallengeDevelop a decentralized NFT marketplace web application based on smart contracts, with the ability to provide custodial NFT storage for users. Technically, the product will consist of a server side built on Node.js and a database, a frontend built on Vue.js, and Solidity smart contracts for the Ethereum blockchain.
What we builtTurnkey website development, including all stages from concept creation to the launch of the web project. Implementation of an NFT marketplace with an auction system: Integration of functionality for conducting auctions for the purchase and sale of NFT assets. NFT minting: Development of a mechanism for creating new NFT tokens…

Checks before launch
An independent audit is scoped separately. Internal testing and review do not replace external assessment.
- Signer, account-owner and input validation.
- Tests for repeated calls, rounding and invalid states.
- Integration checks for external programs and wallets.
- Deployment and upgrade-authority procedures.
06 / COST AND TIMING
An estimate for your scope
First we define the initial release and its dependencies. Then we estimate the delivery phases and identify external costs separately.
Program scope
Instructions, state and interactions with other programs.
Interface and backend
Existing application readiness, wallets, indexing and transaction history.
Launch requirements
Testing, auditing, infrastructure and ongoing support.

08 / FAQ
Before we start
Do you use Rust and Anchor?
Yes. We use Rust for Solana programs and Anchor where it suits the architecture. Before development we define accounts, instructions and application integration.
Does issuing a token require a custom contract?
Not always. Existing Token Programs cover standard operations. A custom program is useful for additional transaction or management rules.
Can an Ethereum contract be ported to Solana?
Its business logic can be reimplemented, but this is a separate implementation. Solana account and execution models differ from EVM, so migration requires architecture work and new tests.
Can you integrate an existing interface?
Yes. We review the frontend, backend and wallets, then agree on transaction creation, confirmation and error handling.
Is an audit included?
The agreed development scope includes tests and internal review. An independent audit, auditor selection and fixes following the report are discussed as a separate phase.
How do you estimate cost and delivery time?
Send the user workflows, existing code and integrations, if available. We will break the project down into deliverables and estimate each phase.
