Description of Polygon

Polygon, formerly Matic Network, is a scaling ecosystem for Ethereum built to provide fast and low-cost transactions with strong EVM compatibility. Its PoS chain and wider product suite help reduce the load on Ethereum while offering a familiar environment for smart contracts, tokens, and user-facing dApps.
