FREEBLOCK / CRYPTO PAYMENT PROCESSING
Crypto payment
gateway integration
Connect cryptocurrency payments to an existing website, service or application. We link the payment provider to orders, statuses and accounting so a verified payment triggers the right business action.
Start with your service URL and a description of the payment flow.
01 / YOUR PRODUCT
When your product needs another payment option
For businesses connecting a provider to an existing product. Building your own payment processor is a separate service with a different scope.
Online stores
Link the payment to the order, record the amount and network, then update the order after server-side verification.
SaaS and digital services
Grant access after confirmed payment and handle expiry and renewal rules.
Portals and B2B invoicing
Add payment links, operation history, notifications and reconciliation exports.
02 / DELIVERY SCOPE
Integration covers the entire payment flow
We start with your order or invoice. Provider selection depends on supported countries, assets, networks, APIs and product rules.
-
Provider and API
Review documentation, service availability, sandbox access, supported networks and event formats.
-
Invoice and checkout
Invoice creation, amount, expiry, payment details and clear customer instructions.
-
Payment verification
Validate events, handle repeated notifications and reconcile status through the API.
-
Exceptions and refunds
Underpayments, overpayments, delays, expired invoices and agreed refund workflows.
-
Accounting and launch
Link transactions to orders, log events, produce reports, test and document support procedures.
03 / DESIGN DECISIONS
Decisions before integration
- When a payment is complete
- Define confirmations, final states and fulfilment timing. The client-side screen is not the source of truth.
- How discrepancies are handled
- Agree on underpayment, overpayment, expired quotes and wrong-network behaviour. Not every mistaken transfer is recoverable.
- Who manages the funds
- Choose the provider model, settlement and refund methods. Consider network, provider and conversion fees separately.
04 / FREEBLOCK PORTFOLIO
Experience in real projects
Awex illustrates FreeBlock’s work on a B2B crypto service and payment-related journeys. It provides context for our experience; the provider and integration scope are selected for your product.

Test payments and their exceptions
Digital goods sold inside Telegram follow separate Telegram Stars rules. A website’s crypto payment integration cannot simply be reused in a Mini App without reviewing the scenario.
- A repeated webhook cannot fulfil an order or grant access twice.
- Verify event authenticity, amount, asset and order identity.
- Recover payment state after delayed events or API outages.
- Make status history and reconciliation available to support staff.
06 / COST AND TIMING
An estimate for your scope
First we define the initial release, integrations and acceptance criteria. Then we estimate delivery phases and identify external service costs separately.
Your application
CMS or custom backend, checkout flow and API availability.
Payment scenarios
Assets, networks, invoices, refunds and access delivery.
Accounting and operations
CRM, reports, reconciliation, monitoring and support tooling.
07 / TECHNOLOGY
Tools for your product architecture
We select tools and networks after agreeing on the workflows. These catalogues show our available capabilities; your project gets a specific agreed stack.

08 / FAQ
Before we start
Can you integrate USDT payments into a website?
Yes, if the selected provider supports the required network and your product meets its terms. We specify payment details, verification and error handling.
Do we need our own payment processor?
Not always. Integrating an existing provider may cover payments in your current product. A custom processor is considered when control and business requirements justify it.
Can you work with WordPress or another CMS?
We review the platform, plugins and provider APIs. If an existing module covers the requirements, we use it and estimate only the missing workflows.
How do subscriptions work?
Access renewal follows confirmed payment. Automatic debits are not assumed: they depend on provider capabilities, architecture and user authorisation.
What if a customer uses the wrong network?
We make the asset and network explicit before payment. Recovery depends on the recipient and provider; recovery of every mistaken transfer cannot be guaranteed.
What do you need for an integration estimate?
The product URL, platform or stack, existing checkout journey, preferred provider if any, and required operations. We assess the interface, backend, status handling and testing from there.
