03 / ARCHITECTURE
Products determine payment and inventory rules
- Physical products
- Select a compatible payment provider, delivery options and reservation model. Check payment availability for your country and business.
- Digital products
- For digital goods and services sold inside Telegram, use Telegram Stars under platform rules. Grant access only after payment confirmation.
- An existing store
- Agree which system owns prices and inventory. Synchronise with your CMS, CRM or warehouse to avoid duplicate manual entry.

08 / FAQ
Before we start
How is a Mini App different from a bot store?
A Mini App offers a visual catalogue and cart inside Telegram. A bot complements it with order messages and entry points to the store.
Can you connect an existing online store?
Yes, provided the necessary data and APIs are available. We identify the source of truth for products, prices, stock and orders, then implement synchronisation.
How are digital products paid for?
Digital goods and services sold inside Telegram use Telegram Stars. We design payment confirmation, delivery of access and refunds around that flow.
Do physical products also require Stars?
Physical products can use other currencies and payment providers. We select an option based on the country, business and available integrations.
Does a Telegram store need blockchain?
No. A standard catalogue, cart and order system works without blockchain. Wallets or tokens are added only when there is a clear need and platform rules permit it.
How much does a Telegram store cost?
It depends on the catalogue, payments, delivery and integrations. Share an existing store or describe your sales process so we can prepare a scope and estimate.
