FREEBLOCK / RWA TOKENIZATION
Real estate
tokenization
Build a platform connecting property records, tokens and participant accounting. We develop investor and operator portals, smart contracts and integrations around your agreed project model.
Technical implementation after defining rights, participants and transaction rules.
01 / PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
A manageable digital property product
The platform serves a developer, operator or investment-product team. Its scope depends on ownership arrangements and how assets are managed.
Properties and documents
Property profiles, issuance parameters, document versions and change history, tied to the underlying asset.
Participant portal
Applications, holdings, transaction statuses and reports. Reconcile on-chain data with platform records.
Access rules
Integrate participant checks and transfer restrictions for the agreed model. Separate investor and operator permissions.
02 / DELIVERY SCOPE
One property or a multi-asset platform
A pilot can focus on one asset type. Multi-property operation, secondary transfers and complex distributions can follow.
-
Model definition
Specify rights, issuance, transfers, redemption and authoritative data sources.
-
Smart contracts
Implement tokens, roles, restrictions and agreed lifecycle operations.
-
Portals and integrations
Build interfaces, applications, document workflows, payment and verification integrations.
-
Accounting and launch
Test record reconciliation, calculations, reports and operational procedures.
03 / ARCHITECTURE
Rules to define before development
- What the token represents
- The legal model defines the interest, claim or other rights. We implement the agreed rules in software.
- Eligibility and transfers
- Define eligible participants, checks, transfer restrictions and operator actions.
- Distributions and reconciliation
- Define calculation sources, schedules, rounding, error handling and links to external accounting.
04 / FREEBLOCK EXPERIENCE
Real projects behind the work
Gold Digital is our platform and smart-contract project for a gold-backed token. It demonstrates related tokenized-asset experience. Property rights and documents require their own project model.

Consistent records and operations
Issuing a token does not by itself establish property rights. Your legal specialists define the model, documentation and participant obligations.
- Links between properties, documents and issuance terms.
- Transfer restrictions and operator permissions.
- Token reconciliation against internal records.
- Distribution calculations, rounding and retry handling.

08 / FAQ
Before we start
Do you provide the legal tokenization structure?
We deliver the software. Project lawyers and relevant specialists define asset rights, documents, jurisdiction and participant requirements.
Can we start with one property?
Yes. A pilot can cover one property, token issuance, a participant portal and core operations, with further features added in phases.
Can transfers between participants be restricted?
Yes, if supported by the agreed model and token design. Eligibility rules and exceptions are defined before implementation.
Can the platform support recurring distributions?
We can implement calculations and distributions under agreed rules. Funding, accounting and authorization are scoped separately.
How do you estimate cost and timing?
After an initial discussion, we agree on the first release, supported networks and integrations. We estimate delivery by phase and list external costs separately, including infrastructure, third-party services and an independent audit if required.
What do we receive after launch?
You receive source code, documentation and deployment instructions within the agreed scope. Support, monitoring and future releases can be included in a separate delivery plan.
