FREEBLOCK / SMART CONTRACTS
RWA tokenization
platform development
We develop the technical foundation for real-world assets: token issuance, participant portals, transaction records and access rules. Connect blockchain operations with your company’s processes.
Real estate, commodities and other models with documented asset backing.
01 / PRODUCT CAPABILITIES
Three foundations of an RWA product
The token is one layer of the platform. Asset documentation, participant records and controlled operations matter just as much.
Asset model
Define the asset, issuance volume, accounting unit and redemption conditions. Translate agreed rules into a technical specification.
Registry and portal
Show tokens, documents and history to participants. Reconcile network activity with internal records.
Access and restrictions
Integrate participant verification and eligibility rules. Configure operator roles and transfer restrictions where the model requires them.
02 / DELIVERY SCOPE
From asset model to working platform
Start with one asset type and a clear lifecycle. Separate the pilot scope from later extensions.
-
Technical model
Define issuance, transfers, redemption and backing data sources. Specify the boundary between contracts and internal records.
-
Contracts and integrations
Implement token operations, roles and restrictions. Connect the agreed verification services and payment infrastructure.
-
Participant portals
Build investor and operator interfaces for applications, statuses, documents, history and exports.
-
Reconciliation and operations
Check record consistency, external-service failures and processing recovery. Prepare operating instructions.
03 / ARCHITECTURE
Decisions before issuing a token
- Rights and documentation
- The project’s legal model and documents define how a token relates to rights in an asset. Software implements those agreed rules; issuing a token does not replace that work.
- Asset information sources
- Define who confirms the backing, how information is updated and what happens when records disagree.
- Operations and control
- Agree which transfers are allowed, who can change parameters and how redemption, restrictions and exceptional events are handled.
04 / FREEBLOCK EXPERIENCE
Real projects behind the work
Gold Digital is a platform and smart contract for a gold-backed token. The case covers the product interface, exchange and wallet interaction. Your RWA platform will have its own agreed scope.

Records that can be reconciled
The legal model, backing verification and participant eligibility are defined with your specialist team.
- Reconcile issuance, balances and redemptions across systems.
- Check permissions and operation restrictions.
- Record operator actions and parameter changes.
- Reprocess events without double-counting.
06 / COST AND TIMING
An estimate for your scope
First we define the initial release and its dependencies. Then we estimate the delivery phases and identify external costs separately.

08 / FAQ
Before we start
What does RWA platform development include?
An agreed set of contracts, participant and operator portals, transaction records and integrations. We begin with the asset model and its lifecycle rules.
Can the platform support real estate or gold?
A technical platform can be designed for those assets. Before implementation, define the evidence of backing, holder rights and redemption process.
Does a token automatically grant legal ownership?
No. The project’s documentation and applicable rules define the legal rights. The technical system represents the agreed model.
Can token transfers be restricted?
Yes, if the architecture supports it. Participant eligibility, approved address lists and transfer-condition checks are possible. We define these requirements before selecting an implementation.
Can you integrate our existing accounting system?
We review its APIs and data sources, then agree on operation identifiers, balance reconciliation, retry handling and responsibility for updates.
What do you need to estimate the project?
Send a description of the asset, participants, operations and existing systems. We will define the pilot, dependencies and development phases.
FREEBLOCK / LET’S TALK
Which asset are you tokenizing?
Describe the asset, participants, token operations and accounting systems. Tell us which rules and documents are already prepared.
